しかし、奇妙なことに、[Recovering from failed/partially applied upgrade](https://meta.discourse.org/t/recovering-from-failed-partially-applied-upgrade/221924?u=pfaffman) も同様の問題を抱えているようで、標準的なインストールのように見えます。
