These keyboard shortcuts for fast edit seem to be broken in Chrome browser on Windows 10, Chrome OS, and MacOS.

(Even here on this Meta forum these are broken, it seems.)

Update: These are, however, working on one of my forums which is running on discourse v3.1.0.beta5 +340, but not on _Latest Version: v3.1.0.beta6 +178_

Where these _are working_, at least in Chrome in Windows 10, the meta key has no effect, but Ctrl + Enter does save.
