# Faster way to update profile picture and banner

Hi friends,

have you recently used modern social media platforms like Twitter and so on? There are very tiny things, until Discourse will be just perfect. The most important aspect is the focus on usability 😉

Therefore, I’d like to get a drag and drop feature to update the existing image with a new one. Now, it’s pretty annoying to click through the menus. And than, there is a useless / overloaded pop-up:

Maybe, we could update the user profile at all later on?

It’s not very personal in my POV.
