Annotate admin setting changes

Hi everyone, My team and I would find it really useful to be able to annotate an admin setting. Eg. if one of us changes a value anywhere, it’d be great to be able to add a little one-liner note as to why we changed it. It would let other team members know when it was changed, by whom, and why. For example, this: [Screen Shot 2021-10-29 at 20.57.32] Would become this: [Screen Shot 2021-10-29 at 20.59.37]
