# Feature request: Auto "read more…" with Discourse Category Banners theme component

I often put a “Read more…” link to the About topic itself _inside_ my about topics. Doing this **manually** …

…causes the component to show this in the banner when it truncates what it displays…

That would be a neat thing for it to do automatically; if it’s not displaying the _entire_ About-topic’s contents, add an automatic “Read more…” link so people can easily navigate to that About topic.
