# Feature Request: Domain Whitelisting

Hi team,
It would be nice if we could whitelist some of our larger customers. With the IP rate limits that we have setup, some folks are getting blocked out of the forums. I really don’t want to raise the limits for obvious reasons.

Are the customers logging into the site from just a few IP addresses? If so, adding the IP addresses to your site’s Screened IPs list (Admin / Logs / Screened IPs) and selecting “Allow” for the IP addresses should solve the problem.
If the customers are coming from a lot of different IP addresses this probably wouldn’t be an effective solution though.

That sounds like a workable solution. Let me look into this more.
