可以，并且我们已经在 sniff-caps 中有相应的方法了。

Android 上已经有一个触发 TL1+ 的横幅。

点击“否”会持久化到本地存储。

这里的主要问题是苹果是被迫参与的，所以点击安装不会触发安装，但我们所能做的就是显示一个带有教程的模态框，说明它是如何工作的。对于模态框的外观，社区还没有达成共识。
