# Feature Requests: Separate Email Account for Digests

There’s some inconsistency in what you’re saying here:

Gmail **isn’t** G-Suite. Paid G-Suite accounts have [the following limits](https://support.google.com/a/answer/166852?hl=en):

| **Messages per day** | |
| Daily sending limit\* | 2,000 (500 for trial accounts) |

Free Gmail accounts always have the 500 email limit.

That’s the Google TOS, it has nothing to do with the above. There’s definitely a difference between ‘it worked until now’ and being allowed to do so. We’ve seen users attempt this over the past seven years and it has never worked out:

There’s an [email setup guide with a list of recommended providers](https://github.com/discourse/discourse/blob/master/docs/INSTALL-email.md). You don’t have to follow it, but we can’t help you use Gmail or GSuite in ways that weren’t intended.
