# Files directory plugin / component?

does discourse have any plugin or any component where user can upload files and share the links,  
just like drive and sharepoint ??

please reply guys

You can upload files. You can right click them and get the url and share it.

But discourse isn’t a file manager.

If you want to share files, and especially share them with urls that enforce various protections, I don’t think discourse will be much help.
