Ou apenas tenha uma Categoria diferente “página inicial” para cada Grupo de usuários. Muito mais simples!

Este é um Componente de Tema, portanto, muito fácil de instalar e manter:

Ou, se preferir uma boa automação, criei um plugin para usar seu grupo principal como uma forma de determinar para qual Categoria navegar:
