After upgrade the dicource, the plugin of Automatic TOC was disappear all topics.

[DiscoTOC](https://meta.discourse.org/t/discotoc-automatic-table-of-contents/111143) is not a plugin, but a Theme Component. Is it currently installed at `/admin/config/customize/components`?
