Hello 👋

Update for Right Sidebar Blocks theme component. 🚀

- Added custom scrollbar (borrowed from sidebar)

- Added a new setting: `right sidebar blocks expanded`  
(Enabling this setting will expand the right sidebar blocks height and makes the components separate. The last component is sticky.)
