# 페이지 새로고침 전까지 플래그 알림이 표시되지 않음 (레거시 메뉴 + 새 알림 메뉴)

최소 3명의 관리자가 검토 대기열에서 햄버거 메뉴나 아바타 메뉴의 플래그 탭으로 플래그 알림 표시를 받지 못하고 있습니다. 관리자 메시지는 수신되므로, 플래그에 메시지가 포함되지 않는 한 알림을 받지 못하는 상태입니다. 이들은 검토 대기열에 직접 들어가서 확인해야 했습니다(대기열에는 검토되지 않은 항목으로 표시되긴 합니다). 이 문제는 약 2주 전에 업데이트된 아바타 메뉴를 활성화한 이후로 지속되고 있다는 것을 확인했습니다. 문제의 2명 중 2명은 제게 가장 활동적이고 우수한 관리자들인데, 상황이 좋지 않습니다.
저는 관리자이자 관리자 그룹의 멤버이기도 한데, 메뉴와 플래그 탭으로 모든 플래그 알림을 정상적으로 받고 있으며, 다른 일부 관리자들도 알림을 받고 있습니다.
현재로서는 전혀 원인을 알 수 없습니다. 이 기능에 관련된 설정이 많은 것도 아니고, 재현하기도 다소 어렵습니다. 혹시 아이디어가 있으신 분 계신가요?

‘알림’이라고 하셨을 때, 현장에서 직접 알려주는 걸 말씀하시는 건지, 아니면 이메일로 보내는 걸 말씀하시는 건지요?

온사이트에서요. 햄버거 메뉴와 아바타 메뉴의 플래그 탭에 있는 작은 표시들을 말씀드린 거예요. (디스코urs에서 배지라는 단어에는 다른 의미가 있어서, 배지라고 부르기 싫어요.) 지금 테스트하고 있는데, 제 테스트 모더레이터 계정에 표시가 뜨고 있어요. 제가 직접 재현해보려고 노력했지만, 재현이 안 됩니다.

참고로, 관리자용 이메일 알림에는 문제가 없습니다. 이 문제는 리뷰 대기열과 메뉴 알림 사이에서만 발생하는 것으로 보입니다.

이는 `플래그 후 알림`을 설정한 경우에만 해당됩니다. 처음에는 모든 플래그가 검토 대기열로 보내지고 작은 빨간 깃발이 표시되어야 합니다.
새로운 사용자 메뉴는 있지만 아직 사이드바가 없는 상태의 차이 때문일까요? 이전과 다르게 동작하거나, 기대했던 것과 다른 결과를 낼 수 있습니다.

네, 스크린샷처럼 알림은 잘 받고 있어요. 아바타 메뉴를 되돌려서 테스트해봤는데, 제 모드는 여전히 플래그를 못 받았다고 하는데, 제 테스트용 모드는 받았더라고요 🤦♀️

어떻게든 이 문제를 재현했습니다. 제 테스트용 모드 계정에는 플래그에 대한 알림이 전혀 오지 않았고, 그 사이 사이트 여기저기를 돌아다녔습니다. 페이지 헤더를 새로고침한 후에야 플래그가 나타났습니다.

네, 몇 번 시도해 봤는데 제 환경에서도 그런 것 같습니다. 사이트 전체를 탐색할 수는 있지만, 페이지를 새로고침해야만 플래기가 표시됩니다.
무언가 제대로 작동하지 않는 것 같습니다.

질문 - 이 문제가 레거시 내비게이션 메뉴에서만 발생하는 건가요? 다시 말해, 사이드바가 활성화되어 있을 때, 페이지 새로고침 없이 바로 아바타 메뉴 탭으로 플래그가 이동하는 건가요? 사이드바 활성화 여부에 따라 달라지는지 확인해 보고 싶었습니다.
확실히 재현해 보았습니다. 제 관리자 계정으로 15분 동안 사이트를 둘러봤는데, 부적절한 콘텐츠 플래그에 대한 알림이 없었습니다. 방금 새로고침을 했더니, 그제서야 나타났네요.

확인을 위해 테스트를 해봤는데, 사이드바를 활성화하면 아바타에 빨간 깃발이 바로 나타납니다. 👍

또한 이 문제의 반대 경우도 재현했습니다. 다른 모드가 검토 및 처리한 플래그에 대해, 메뉴에 새로운 플래그 표시기가 여전히 알림을 표시하는 것입니다. 웹사이트를 여기저기 돌아다녀도, 페이지를 새로고침하거나 이제 비어 있는 검토 대기열로 이동하기 전까지는 표시기가 유지되는 것 같습니다. (검토 대기열 페이지로 이동하는 즉시 플래그 표시기가 사라집니다.)
