I love this “Floating New Topic” button as outlined in that ⬆︎ linked discussion.
@merefield - Would it be difficult to tweak the [CSS code you offered in that thread](https://meta.discourse.org/t/floating-new-topic-button/103695/4), to make create a floating “Reply” button, in each individual thread?

Yes it can be done. I did something similar for a client a while back.
