How to remove mail that keeps bouncing from an invalid address from the queue? it messes up my sending reputation with Amazon SES.

Thank you. Does not answer my question. Does Discourse retry, and can this be configured? I had read that link before, but I am unable to find those topics.

I don’t know how to flush one, but you can flush all: [image] Delete outgoing emails Support Easiest way to remove emails from the outbound queue is to flush redis # ssh into your server cd /var/discourse ./launcher enter app redis-cli flushall Deactivate that bouncing email first in the user’s admin page so it doesn’t get queued again.
