I don’t know how to flush one, but you can flush all:

Delete outgoing emails

Easiest way to remove emails from the outbound queue is to flush redis # ssh into your server cd /var/discourse ./launcher enter app redis-cli flushall

Deactivate that bouncing email first in the user’s admin page so it doesn’t get queued again.
