I now have discourse follow plugin for my forum. I think maybe there is something that could be improved with the plugin.

- Silenced/suspended user could still get followed, and this is weird.
- One user in our forum wish that he could clear all his old followers and still get followed (with a new username). I know there is _Allow people to follow me_, but is there a better way?
