# Font size - can members edit this?

Hi all,
Out of curiosity, is there a way that members can make the font on the forum bigger or is this an admin job?

Users can zoom using their browser but there is no individual setting for font size.
An admin would need to customise the CSS.

An admin could implement a simple theme that makes the font size larger or smaller ([there’s a good post detailing this here](https://meta.discourse.org/t/font-size-theme/83159/5)), and then a user could select to use that theme in their personal preferences.

The one place a really like our Large Fonts where the dialog does not help is on mobile.
I tend to click this on mobile, there is just something I like a bit better about big text on meta when browsing on mobile:
To achieve this you would use [Hamburger Theme Selector](https://meta.discourse.org/t/hamburger-theme-selector/61210) , and then the large theme @awesomerobot mentioned

We were supposed to ship 1.9 with a large fonts option but it got pushed back.. did you want to add that to the 2.1 release?
