Footnote links can't use the word 'poll'

Can’t use the word poll for links using the footnote method.

Or the ‘1’ gets linked instead.

Same thing happens with all BBCode, like [spoiler], [ul], [email] etc.

[code] works correctly because it was fixed in this commit:

https://github.com/discourse/discourse/commit/30dbb570e5dce1d6e0982db64e8677fe3188045f

Something similar should probably be done for all BBCode both block and inline.
