# 不知何故，我的论坛不允许访问隐私、FAQ 和 TOS 页面

我的论坛运行完美，所有页面都能正常工作，但当我点击隐私政策、服务条款和常见问题解答时，会出现以下错误：

此页面当前无法正常工作，已将您重定向过多。  
要解决此问题，请尝试清除您的 Cookie。

ERR\_TOO\_MANY\_REDIRECTS

我在多个浏览器、PC 和不同的手机上都试过了，但它们都显示这个错误，只有在这些页面上才会出现。

在设置中，您是否填写了 `tos url`（服务条款网址）、`privacy policy url`（隐私政策网址）和 `faq url`（常见问题解答网址）并链接到这些文档？如果留空，将使用论坛默认设置。如果填写其他网址，必须是有效的。
