# Force light mode colors

Hi,

I’ve been looking for quite some time, but how do you change the colors template for light mode? I think i created my project with dark colors ar first, and now it seems that i can’t revert to having light colors for light mode by default.

I tried :

- Setting `Default dark mode color scheme ID` to `Solarized Light` (which works but only for users in dark mode)
- Disabling all others modes in `admin/customize/colors` but by default it’s still using the default theme.

Please note i only have starter pack, so i do not have access to`/admin/customize/themes`

I guess i’m missing something basic but for now i’m stuck with initial colors and out of ideas!

Any advice is very welcome.
