Not a problem, and at this point certainly not my goal.

My concern was ensuring that misinformation regarding the capabilities and viability of SSO are addressed. I’m sure we can both acknowledge that there’s always going to be a gap which separates our opinions of particular technologies and their wider application.

Sorry, but no chance at all this will be added to core, this is an edge case of a feature request. This is on of the big reasons theme components and plugins exist, to keep core slimmer and not end up with 10000 setting knobs

Even big themes and components are pretty stable, look at the commit history for my pretty radical personal theme for discourse
