# Forum Aquisition

Hey gang.
I have an existing forum (Discourse), and another site in my same niche is throwing in the towel (also Discourse).
How do I ‘import’ the content from his site to mine without doing a full backup/restore?
Any pointers?

If that solves your problem, you should come back when done and mark as solution so people with similar issues in the future know that works.
