# Forum does not work

Hello everyone, I edit the message because the forum was down and I didn’t know why. Now I do.  
The forum [www.holaforo.com](http://www.holaforo.com) uses cdn with bunny, and some user uploaded a song to the forum and bunny deactivated my account. So I can’t access the forum and I have to deactivate the cdn, but I don’t know how to do it.  
If someone helps me to do the opposite

I solved it as follows:  
I removed the song from the server, and asked bunny to re-activate my account.

Isn’t bunny a paid service? If so, shouldn’t they at least warn you first?
