# Forum End User (not webmaster) support

I was looking for a few basic things in a YouTube video to acclimate newbies to using the Discourse forum: searching, posting, navigating, configuring.
The target is not the non-techie admins or miderators setting up their own forums. It is a tutorial for the **end-users** that have problems with written directions. (Whether this is because of language skills or a reading difficultly because of something like Dyslexia; a visual presentation is a better learning modality for them. And yes, I realize Discourse forums are also heavily text biased. But we can respond with hyperlinks to videos and include screen captures too.)
**Is there a recommended YouTube video for end-users?**
- The target YouTube audience is _not_ webmasters ([2021 - What Is Discourse?](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z3qp_uB46FA) - Jono Bacon ) or people shopping for a forum ([Why We Chose The Discourse Platform For Our Forums](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yD1OOz7TDls) - Lawrence Systems)
- @discobot is too annoyingly similar to interacting with [Clippy](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Office_Assistant)! )
