# Forum navbar is repeating

Randomly my forum wen’t down and then when I brought it back up (rebuilt it) this is what is occuring.

First step to debugging would be checking the browser console for errors… it appears to possibly be an issue with the who’s online plugin… is it up-to-date? maybe try disabling it and see if the issue resolves

[Safe mode](https://meta.discourse.org/t/53504?silent=true) seems to only work when
is enabled.
I disabled the whos online plugin and same issue.

A couple options to figure out which one is causing the problem:
1. Visit the theme settings via [safe mode](https://meta.discourse.org/t/53504?silent=true) and try previewing each theme/component until you find one that causes the problem
2. Disable theme components one at a time and check to see if that fixes your site

@Headless I see you marked this as solved, which is great! Were you able to identify the problematic theme component?
If it’s a public one, please can you let us know which it was, so we can make sure this doesn’t cause issues for other people?

We’re debugging a potential issue over in [this topic](https://meta.discourse.org/t/major-issue-with-theme-components-after-update/381263/10). If you have the time to try running those commands, then it might solve the problem and allow you to reenable those theme components.

I can confirm this fixed the issue, turned the components back on and no issues.
