# Forwarding email with reply-by-email enabled?

I’ve enabled reply-by-email for [xyz.org](http://xyz.org), which is working just fine. However, the contact contact-email is [webmaster@xyz.org](mailto:webmaster@xyz.org), which now bounces. Prior to enabling reply-by-email, the MX record pointed to a different email server which forwarded [webmaster@xyz.org](mailto:webmaster@xyz.org) to my personal email. Is there someway to achieve this given this configuration?

i would change your mail domain to `discourse.xyz.org` so mail-receiver can work.
If you don’t want mail-receiver (and the MX records), you can

but i use mail-receiver and not reply-by-email, my notification email starts `dontreply@`
