我从 phpbb 3 迁移过来，一切运行良好！  
内容/分类/用户都顺利导入，没有任何问题！

由于这是我的首次安装和使用，我有一个关于速度的问题。  
我使用 Cloudflare 作为 DNS，并开启了代理以提高速度和缓存。  
我使用的 VPS（非共享）配置为 8GB 内存、2 核 CPU 和 100GB SATA SSD。  
（访问期间 CPU 使用率为 1/2% 或更低）

首次打开页面，无历史记录，结果如下：

第三次加载耗时减半，超过 400ms。

迁移大约在 8 小时前完成。  
这正常吗？  
有可能提高速度吗？
