# 新未列出主题会发送邮件到‘关注首帖’

情况：有一个全局通知类别，只有管理员/管理人员可以发帖，将每个用户设置为监视第一个帖子以确保发送电子邮件。如果我创建一个主题并将其切换为未列出（从创建主题开始，在它公开之前），它仍然会发送电子邮件通知。目标是让团队在发布公告之前将其作为 wiki，但发送草稿有点烦人。
或者，我们可以有一个编辑类别，然后让某人将完成的主题移至公告，但这似乎是额外的麻烦，本应是看不见的。（如果是有意的，那么它似乎违背了在主题创建菜单中使用“切换未列出”的目的。）

注意到“全部发送给我”在主题未列出后会收到更多电子邮件。
