感谢您的回复，我不知道瑞士不是欧盟成员国。

英国也不再是成员国了吗？

我还在阿姆斯特丹大学读书时就发生了英国脱欧公投，他们与华盛顿大学有合作关系，所以我有一个荷兰学生证，但它已经过期了。

最后一个问题是，是否必须是欧盟国家公民才有资格。
