# GDPR al di fuori dell'UE

Il GDPR regola i servizi/siti che hanno utenti UE, indipendentemente da dove si trovino. In teoria, comunque.

Ma certo, un amministratore può creare un sistema in cui i cittadini UE hanno regole diverse rispetto agli altri. Ma… perché? Il GDPR è in realtà un buon sistema e dovrebbe essere adottato in tutto il mondo.
