ええ、それらは良い点ですね！当社のホスティングでは、誰かがサブスクリプションをキャンセルした際に、このようなことを把握したいという思いからフィードバックを求めていますが、残念ながら、退会を決意した人は必ずしも時間をかけて理由を説明したがらないものです。
