有 Js 调用来获取当前用户。当前用户会与标记帖子的用户和被标记帖子的所有者进行比较。

如果 2 个条件匹配为真，则除了“推迟帖子”之外的按钮在审核队列中会设置为不显示。并显示一个文本横幅，内容为“您无权审核此标记”。

从被阻止/静音的用户隐藏主题将使用类似的逻辑，但会将主题所有者用户与当前用户的忽略列表进行比较。
