根据我的经验，一个积极争取成为版主的人可能不是一个好的选择。控制欲强的人往往会寻求权力控制的机会，这通常不会有好结果。我更看重那些即使不是版主也能促进讨论的人。

同理心很重要，但同样重要的是能够搁置批评的能力。我曾有过一些非常出色的版主，他们非常有同理心，但他们不得不面对的冲突和恶意 _也让他们太受伤了_，所以他们不得不辞职（而且是理所当然的）。  
如果你的论坛冲突很少，他们应该会没事的。
