Generic bbcode wrapper for theme components

I just pushed a fix for this, slight difference is that I won’t support foo-bar but fooBar. So you can now write:

[wrap=foo userId=1]
[/wrap]

And you will get:

<div data-wrap="foo" data-user-id="1">
</div>
