# Generic link to PM for user?

Is there a generic link I can provide users that would go to their private messages [/private-messages] section of their profile? Couldn’t find it anywhere if so.

Yes, I believe it works for most of them. I haven’t tested all of the different possibilities, so I don’t want to claim “any” or “all” 😄

It works for all of them - it uses a Rails “star parameter” to redirect.
