# 私人消息的通用 URL 是什么？

I’d like to use the [iconified header links](https://meta.discourse.org/t/iconified-header-links/86307) theme to link to private messages in the navbar via an envelope icon.
However, since the private messages URL is custom to a user path, e.g. `/u/:username/messages`, I can’t seem to accomplish this without a plugin. There is the [quick messages plugin](https://meta.discourse.org/t/quick-messages-plugin/39188) but that’s overkill for what I’m trying to accomplish.
How can I redirect `/messages` to `/u/:username/messages` ?
