# GitHub login not working?

On our forum, [discourse.codecombat.com](http://discourse.codecombat.com), we enabled the GitHub plugin, but login seems to fail with the following error: “Sorry, there was an error authorizing your account. Perhaps you did not approve authorization?”. I thought this was a configuration error on my GitHub account, but logging in here using the same account works. Any ideas?

You have to check the GitHub settings for your org – we don’t have access to those credentials (nor would we want to). See the #howto on setting up GitHub login.

The URL contains `message=redirect_uri_mismatch`, which means you put the wrong URL in the GitHub configuration (this is set on Github itself).
