문제를 찾았습니다. StartRatInput 컴포넌트 때문이 아니라, 실제로는 eq를 잘못된 경로에서 가져오고 있기 때문입니다.
여기서 실패합니다:

수입(import)을 변경해야 합니다:
import { eq } from "@ember/helper";
→
import { eq } from "truth-helpers";
