是否总是同一批用户？他们是否正在尝试使用 API？

如果不是，且他们并未尝试使用，请检查部分受影响用户的资料，他们的 IP 地址是否准确？是否全部相同或相似？如果是，那可能是反向代理配置错误，或者使用了 Cloudflare 但未在 YML 中指定模板（同时启用了橙色云朵功能）。
