It is against the terms of service to use Gmail to send outgoing Discourse mail, we do not support it.

You can pay for our $99 install service, and we’ll set up email for you, if you like – https://discourse.org/buy

"The page isn’t redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete."

(Jeff Atwood) #14

No repro, loads fine for me in Edge, Firefox, Chrome. Do you have plugins or unusual browser settings?

(Eli the Bearded) #15

Unusual? Maybe. This is FF46 is all-history-is-forgotten mode, etc.

Checking with Live HTTP headers I see it is looping:

(Jeff Atwood) #16

No repro on stock browsers here.

(Eli the Bearded) #17

I spun up Firefox 47 with a brand spanking new profile, zero add ons, and I still can’t get there.

Lynx loads the page though.

Why does it only want to serve HTTP/2.0 to Firefox? I think that is the problem. Mine FF does not appear to like that. (64 bit Linux version, installed by hand.)

(Jeff Atwood) #18

No idea, I can’t repro what you’re describing.

(Eli the Bearded) #19

The link to https://payments.discourse.org/buy/ from https://www.discourse.org/ works. And now your link here works. Quirky.
