Curious to hear from other site admins with large / active communities. How did you fare? My rankings dropped about 1/3 based on impressions in GSC.

Everything’s looking flat as far as [meta.discourse.org](http://meta.discourse.org) goes.

These core changes are usually really broad and content-based, right? so we’d expect this to vary wildly based on the subject matter of the site.

Yes, though technical SEO is foundational and shared across discourse sites. Page speed is one issue I have not been able to resolve with discourse, so it is reasonable to wonder whether Google has implemented any core changes that would be sensitive to page speed and / or other technical SEO characteristics shared by discourse forums.
