- Split read from cache and write to cache token accounting. They have
different… prices.
- Fix Gemini Pro 3 tool calls, which needed to retain encrypted thinking
tokens
- Implement optional caching for Anthropic models (always on, off and
only if tools are identified)
- Improve performance of token accounting report (added a few indexes)
