# 收到删除用户账号的请求

用户只有在没有帖子的情况下才能被删除。因此，工作人员也需要删除这些帖子。有一个设置可以配置这些帖子的允许年龄以及删除多少帖子。如果用户有更旧的帖子，可以通过设置来增加这个时间范围。另外，可以增加可以删除的帖子数量。删除大量帖子可能会在对话中造成空白。  
一般来说，首选的方法是[匿名化](https://meta.discourse.org/t/anonymizing-a-user-account/314902?u=moin)，它会删除所有个人信息，如用户名、电子邮件地址、密码等，但不会删除帖子。这样，用户参与过的主题仍然有意义。  
默认情况下，用户只能在拥有 1 个或更少帖子时自行删除其账户（但管理员也可以增加此数量）。  
因此，要在另一个论坛上删除账户，您需要联系该论坛。只有该论坛的工作人员才能帮助您。
