Great Reply 배지 쿼리는 포스트의 `updated_at` 컬럼을 사용하여 배지 지급 시점을 설정합니다. 포스트를 좋아요해도 해당 포스트의 `updated_at` 값이 초기화되지 않으므로, `granted_at`는 포스트 생성일 또는 포스트가 마지막으로 수정된 시점으로 설정됩니다.

사용자가 포스트에 대해 특정 행동을 취할 때 트리거되는 다른 쿼리들도 동일한 방식으로 지급 시점을 설정하고 있습니다. 예를 들어 Famous Link 배지와 같이 매일 한 번 실행되는 쿼리의 경우, `current_timestamp`를 사용하여 `granted_at`를 설정합니다. 사용자가 포스트에 대해 행동을 취할 때 트리거되는 쿼리에도 동일한 접근 방식을 적용할 수 있을까요?
