# Greater visibility for topic timer actions

TLDR: We would like the ability to have more visibility for topic timer actions.

We make our product announcements in an internal/private category for a period of time (at least 5 business days) and then publish them the respective product announcement. We accomplish this via a topic-timer that schedules the publishing. We do this so that other internal (non-product) teams have a heads-up for product changes coming soon.

The problem is that some topics may exist in this private space for _more_ than the necessary time. **Would it be hard to modify the existing topic timer statement or duplicate it at the top?**
