This appearance is related to Usercard Redesign Experiment . You can install it on your forum.

Just in case, be aware of this if you use the redesign experiment theme component: [תמונה] Usercard Redesign Experiment this is still an experiment. We do not plan on supporting this long term as a theme component as the long term goal is to integrate this into core as a new user card.
