# Group owners cannot see group if "Group is visible to all users" is off

When working to add [custom styling via CSS](https://meta.discourse.org/t/apply-css-to-all-custom-non-badge-user-titles/51376), we had to make a custom group for the users. To help manage the group going forward, all moderators were added to the group as owners. However, the moderators aren’t able to see the group on the `/groups` page, despite being owners.
