只是想确认一下，是否有人已经对此采取了措施。如果能将使用 VPN IP 注册的用户暂时搁置或禁言（类似于新用户输入过快时的处理方式），那就太好了。 建议方案： 1. 用户注册 2. 检查用户的注册 IP 是否在 @nbianca 提到的列表中 3. 如果是匿名 IP，则将该用户账户暂时搁置 4. 向用户发送说明情况的消息 5. 版主可以审核注册信息或直接联系用户 理想情况下，应提供一个设置选项，让不需要此功能的社区可以启用或禁用该功能。 背景：我们正苦于应对一个非常顽固的垃圾信息发送者，该用户三年前已被封禁。其账户被删除后，他们会使用 VPN 服务创建新账户，继续发帖，仿佛什么都没发生过。我们每次都能抓到他们，但通常此时已经造成了一定损害。如果能有某种预防措施，那就太好了。 ---

我们每天大约有 25 到 50 个新用户。有些天少一些，有些天多一些。这是一个全球社区，我不想惩罚那些想要加入但不得不等待在线审核员（而当时可能没有任何审核员在线）的合法用户。这可能会对注册和社区增长产生负面影响。 这些用户也足够聪明，会像新用户一样“正常”地开始发帖。最终，他们要么露出马脚，要么我们会察觉到某些异常。 我想，这个问题并没有简单的解决方案，或者至少没有任何方案是完全没有缺点的。但我认为，在这里分享我的经验还是有一定价值的。 ---
