Hallo,

Ich versuche herauszufinden, wie ich eingehende Intercom-Chats am besten als Beitrag in der Community weiterleiten kann.  
Hat das schon jemand gemacht? Wie habt ihr es gemacht? :thinking:

Ich sehe nur Zapier und ähnliche Tools zur Automatisierung. Aber die Nutzung von Automatisierungstools ist für mich keine Option.
